Scott is a senior executive with a deep track record in corporate development, M&A, and strategic growth. As Executive Vice President at Sinclair, he has helped lead some of the company’s most impactful initiatives, including the launch of national sports and streaming platforms, expansion into new verticals, and the development of long-range investment strategies.

Scott brings a high-level view of business architecture, with a sharp focus on scaling intelligently and building value that lasts. At Walkoff, he oversees growth strategy, capital structure, and long-term planning—ensuring every venture is grounded in clarity and built to endure.

Isaac Sparks

Co-Founder

Isaac is a systems-driven operator and strategist with experience building companies across construction, media, and technology. He specializes in creating workflows, automations, and team structures that support scalable, sustainable growth.

As a founding collaborator of 3705 Holdings, he helped build integrated operations for hiring, estimating, finance, and cross-functional leadership. At Walkoff, Isaac leads operational design, execution systems, and the creation of infrastructure that makes growth reliable, measurable, and repeatable.
